What’s the reason for your exercise?

Exercise gives you that great release of endorphins.  We feel positive and determined and surely we all want to keep this feeling.

  • As a release from your stress and strains, or anxieties and frustrations.
  • For the opportunity to get some “you” time.
  • To give your body the best it deserves in health and well being.
  • To achieve that goal that you have set yourself.

For whatever reason you choose exercise to be in life take the opportunity to maintain the flow of exercising regularly to gain these positive feedbacks. There is no negative to exercise even if you have an injury or illness, exercise is positive and should be encouraged. There are just sometimes improvisations to your routine that need to be made.
