If you want time, you must make it!!”

Do things in small doses, don’t think that you need to psyche yourself up for that big 1 hour workout once a week. Do exercise in smaller, more regular time slots.
Make time, like we have to for everything, but 15-20 minutes everyday of something that is efficient and slots into your routine, is so much more beneficial that 1 hour of burn out activity once a week.
